Musa Coffee is committed to delivering the highest quality specialty coffee to our customers across the United States. We carefully package all coffee in durable, sealed bags to ensure freshness and protection during transit.
Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
- We ship from Florida to addresses within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Musa Coffee is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.
- If you experience shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Return & Refund Policy
At Musa Coffee, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality coffee. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we ensure that all coffee is securely packaged, we understand that unforeseen incidents may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, punctured, or opened, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@musacoffee.com
- Provide photo proof of the damaged package, including the shipping label and affected coffee bag.
- Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to taste preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
