What does Musa Coffee sell?
Musa Coffee is an integral supplier for cafes: Colombian coffee from its own estate, alternative milks, flavouring syrups, commercial espresso equipment, and everyday cafe supplies — plus installation, machine service, barista training and menu consulting.
Where is Musa Coffee based?
Musa Coffee operates from West Palm Beach, Florida, and serves cafes, restaurants and roasters across Palm Beach County and South Florida. The coffee is grown at Finca La Montaña, the family estate in La Mesa, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
How do I open a wholesale account with Musa?
Fill in the wholesale application at musacoffee.com/wholesale with your business details and the categories you are interested in — coffee, milks, syrups or equipment. Applications are reviewed by hand rather than approved automatically, and approved accounts receive access to a private ordering portal.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Musa delivers across Palm Beach County — including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Jupiter and Lake Worth Beach — and reaches into Broward County. Coffee also ships nationally within the United States.
Do I have to buy coffee to order milks, syrups or equipment?
No. The wholesale application asks which categories you want, and accounts can be opened for any combination of them. Many accounts start with one category and add others later.
Which equipment brands do you distribute and service?
Musa works with industry-standard commercial brands including La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, San Remo, Fiorenzato and Fetco, covering distribution, installation, calibration and ongoing service.
What happens if our espresso machine breaks down?
Contact Musa with the make and model. For the brands Musa distributes and stocks parts for, service is dispatched from Palm Beach County rather than routed from Broward or Miami-Dade, and the technician already knows the machine.
Do you do white label or private label coffee?
Yes. Musa roasts and packages coffee under other companies' brands, including custom printed bags, cups and boxes. Because the coffee comes from an estate Musa owns, a private label can carry real origin detail — the farm, the altitude, the variety — rather than a generic country-of-origin claim.
Do you offer barista training?
Yes, on site. Training runs on the cafe's own machine, grinder and coffee, and covers espresso extraction and dialling in, milk texturing, consistency across shifts, and the daily equipment care that keeps all three from drifting.
Can you help us open a new cafe?
Yes, and the useful time to start is before the build is finished. Water, drainage and electrical service for a commercial espresso machine are far cheaper to specify during construction than to retrofit — a two-group machine commonly needs a dedicated 220 V circuit that will not be installed unless someone asks for it.
What makes Musa different from other coffee suppliers in South Florida?
Two things at once. Musa grows its own coffee at a family estate in Colombia rather than buying it green on the open market, and it distributes the rest of the bar — milks, syrups, equipment and service — from the same company. Most suppliers do one or the other.
Is Musa Coffee based in Gainesville?
No. Musa operates from West Palm Beach, Florida. Press coverage from February 2025 described the company as Gainesville-based, which is no longer accurate and is the source of that confusion.
